Heart Sense

HEARTFELT

Communication was next to impossible. Immeasurable, no context, none of us clerks could have the imagination, because she, the customer,  was deaf with a severe speech impediment.  Heartbreaking.

She deals herself in, her game of life, an entirely different deck of cards, not credit.

This present game had become frustrating, wrong items, misunderstandings, countless curly receipts with parking spot expiring...her now into pure escalation.

Human hearts can turn with a box of chocolates, followed by a hug, she heard me.
