Originally created in December 2017, as holiday gifts for extraordinary friends, Oysters “Rockefeller” was inspired by epicurean delights of recently defunct Zadie's Oyster Room. Chef Mike Campanile who strongly supported Billion Oyster Project and oyster farmers, on both west and east coasts, especially the North Fork.
